Kansai International Airport is built on an artificial island in Osaka Bay, 38 km south of central Osaka. It is the main international gateway for the Kansai region, and a major hub for Peach Aviation. Long-haul services span North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia via JAL, ANA, ANA-affiliates and a wide roster of foreign carriers, including dense China and Korea LCC routes.
