It primarily handles domestic services from Citilink, Batik Air, Pelita Air and TransNusa, plus Indonesian government and military flights. Halim is closer to central Jakarta than Soekarno-Hatta, making it convenient for short business hops to Surabaya, Yogyakarta, Bali and Bandung.
