Yangyang International is the regional airport for Korea's east coast in Gangwon Province, near Sokcho and the Seoraksan National Park area. Traffic is limited and frequently shifts, with intermittent scheduled service and seasonal charters to a handful of destinations in China, Vietnam, Japan and the Philippines, primarily on Korean LCCs. Domestic service to Jeju runs intermittently.
