Osvaldo Vieira International is Guinea-Bissau's sole international airport, located about 9 km northwest of central Bissau. Traffic is modest, with TAP Air Portugal operating the main long-haul link to Lisbon and regional carriers including ASKY, Air Senegal and Royal Air Maroc connecting Bissau to Dakar, Lomé, Casablanca and other West African capitals. Flights to Cape Verde via Praia are also available seasonally.
