Montserrat's small airport, served only by short-runway turboprops
John A. Osborne Airport is in Gerald's Park in northern Montserrat, replacing the original W.H. Bramble Airport that was destroyed by the Soufrière Hills volcano in 1997. The 600-metre runway limits service to small turboprops, with FlyMontserrat and SVG Air operating regular short hops to Antigua's V. C. Bird International. Most travellers connect onward through Antigua to reach North America or Europe.
Major carriers: FlyMontserrat, SVG Air.
